Refund & Replacement

Enjoy 1-Year Product Return Policy.

While applying for a return or refund, your item must be under the following circumstances:

  • Product damage.
  • Manufacturers defect.
  • Product lost in transit.
  • Color defect.
  • Canvas fade out.
  • Wooden frame breakage.
  • Frame termite.

Once your return or refund request is received, we will inspect send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for an item returned/refund. We will also notify you of the approval of your return/refund.

  • If you apply for a refund: it will take 3-5 business days to proceed with the amount back to your account. 
  • If you apply for a return: It will take 7-10 business days to deliver it to you back.
